Westgate Financial Services is an independent bookkeeping and QuickBooks ProAdvisor practice. We are not a CPA firm, and we are not a software company. We do one thing: operational bookkeeping, performed by senior operators who stay on your file from the first month through every month after.
The firm handles cleanup, catch-up, monthly bookkeeping, bank and account reconciliations, and operational accounting for Texas small businesses, nonprofits, and churches — run inside QuickBooks Online and Desktop by the same team. The founder
Built by an operator, for operators.
David Westgate founded the practice after four decades in operational bookkeeping across Texas industries — restaurants, construction, professional services, nonprofits, and churches. He built WestgateFS around a specific conviction: that real bookkeeping quality comes from experienced operators paying consistent attention, not from software automation and thin staffing.
As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, David manages bookkeeping inside QuickBooks Online and Desktop for clients across Texas. Every engagement reflects the same standard: every account reconciled to source, every period documented, CPA-ready books delivered without drama. The same operators who start an engagement are the ones who run it — month after month, without rotation.
David is frank about scope. WestgateFS does not provide tax advice, tax filing, audit services, or Intuit technical support.
